The Role
We are seeking a Client Service Administration Analyst to join our Client Service Administration team. As part of our new Client Service Global Centre of Excellence (CoE), the team will be responsible for providing client service administration support to Global Client Service teams within the Client Group. This role will involve tasks such as platform data management, annual audit requests, and client service data production.
Key Responsibilities
- Source the required data for new funds from Golden source data providers or internal fund documentation (fact sheets, etc.).
- Complete appropriate file formats for upload to the platform and resolve any errors.
- Ensure quality assurance checks are carried out prior to uploading or sending completed files to clients or platforms.
- Assist in collecting information for client due diligence requests on Schroders entities.
- Retrieve relevant invoices from platform providers and provide them to the relevant team member for further checks.
- Support the production of various Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, such as onboarding stats for senior management.
- Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to gather data for external audit requests.
- Maintain a list of 3rd party distributors and their contact details for communications.
- Assist in answering queries from 3rd party distributors regarding fund launches and corporate action communications.
- Investigate returned mailing communications sent to 3rd party distributors and update details accordingly.
- Produce accurate and complete reports using data from internal and external sources.
- Adhere to agreed production schedules and distribute reports after quality assurance activities.
- Receive dealing instructions from clients and forward them to the relevant transfer agent.
- Manage workload according to deadlines.
- Follow department controls and procedures.
- Continuously improve processes and challenge the status quo.
- Collaborate with others to build a positive and supportive working environment.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail for delivering high-quality, accurate outputs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and external parties.
- Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of financial services, including investment funds, is beneficial.
- Team player who contributes to overall team effectiveness.
- Open to feedback, receptive to change, and continually seeking self-improvement opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Fluency in Hebrew.
