About the Role

Schroders is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Administration Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service Administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Global Client Service teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and manage platform data, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Support the production of Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports, providing valuable insights to senior management.
  • Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to gather data for external audit requests.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Assist in answering queries from 3rd party distributors regarding fund launches and corporate action communications.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial services, including investment funds, is beneficial.
  • Fluency in Hebrew is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
