We're looking for a compassionate Care Assistant to join our dynamic team in Cardiff and the Vale. As a Care Assistant, you'll work with people from diverse backgrounds, providing tailored support for daily living activities, social interactions, and health-related tasks.

Our competitive pay scale ranges from £11.50 to £22.90 per hour, plus mileage, reflecting the importance of your role in enhancing our customers' lives. Full or part-time positions are available, with contracted hours after probation is completed. You'll have the opportunity to work various shift patterns, including weekends.

To excel in this position, you'll need excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy. A valid driving license and reliable transportation are also essential, as some shifts may require travel between locations.
