At Victim Support, we're seeking a dedicated Caseworker to join our National Contact Centre team in Cardiff. This exciting opportunity allows you to make a meaningful difference in the lives of victims and their families.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the impact of crime on individuals and possess experience in managing complex caseloads. A strong ability to balance competing needs and priorities is essential for this role.

This position involves ensuring each victim receives tailored support and information services that meet their unique needs. You will undertake risk and needs assessments, follow safeguarding policies, and maintain accurate case records while promoting effective communication with staff and stakeholders.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave, pension contributions, and access to training and development opportunities.
