As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality service and that their complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Your responsibilities will include resolving customer complaints in accordance with external dispute guidelines and policies, engaging with stakeholders across multiple areas of General Insurance, and communicating with customers in a professional and empathetic manner. You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, developing and implementing solutions to resolve customer complaints, and monitoring key performance indicators such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
