Job Overview

The Scheduling Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Verification Scheduling Team, ensuring the smooth execution of verification processes. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate verification scheduling emails to all parties, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Liaise with external ISVs to ensure deposits are provided on time, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to ensure seamless coordination and efficient project execution.
  • Identify potential project risks and escalate to delivery leadership, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Contribute to additional tasks and ad-hoc requests within the Verification Scheduling Team or on other special projects.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out within agreed departmental SLAs.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the Verification process and the roles of all parties involved.
  • Basic knowledge of software escrow agreements and the importance of verification.
  • Excellent understanding of the impact of late or miscommunication on external parties.
  • Familiarity with software tools and reporting services required for the role.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Strong administration, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Experience in MS Office.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
