About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support professional to assist the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager in delivering a high-impact transformation project within the Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist in the creation and formatting of documents, presentations, and reports, including drafting content for PowerPoint decks, project updates, and communication materials.
  • Conduct research on various topics as required by the project, summarizing findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Manage, update, and analyze spreadsheets and databases, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.
  • Update and maintain project trackers, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables, to ensure the project stays on course.
  • Support the Project Manager in identifying areas for process improvement within the Talent Acquisition function, assisting in the documentation and implementation of new procedures.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication of project updates and requirements.
  • Operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment, adjusting to new priorities and challenges as they arise.
  • Handle various administrative tasks independently, with minimal supervision, ensuring that all work is completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when managing data, preparing documents, and updating project trackers.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research and present findings in a clear, concise manner.
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a changing environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or project support role, especially within a fast-paced, transformative business environment.
