About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Learning team as a Talent Development Assistant. This role will play a key part in supporting the Learning experience at NCC Group, providing administrative and coordination support to the Learning team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage team calendars and coordinate meetings and events, including room bookings and participant attendance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the Learning Experience Platform/Learning Management System, including reporting and data input.
  • Monitor and maintain the shared team inbox, directing enquiries as needed.
  • Manage invoices and POs for the Talent Development team.
  • Provide administrative support for learning activities and processes.
  • Collaborate with the Talent team on ad-hoc projects, as required.
Requirements
  • Confident user of Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to create documents and reports to a high standard.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interrogate data and create reports to aid understanding.
  • Knowledge of the UK Apprenticeship Levy is beneficial but not required.
