About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Enlist | Recruitment. As a key member of our delivery function, you will be responsible for sourcing and delivering top talent to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing - Identify, engage, and attract qualified candidates using various sourcing techniques.
- Screening and Assessment - Conduct thorough screening interviews with candidates over the phone and video.
- Talent Pool Management - Build and maintain bespoke talent pools within your specific niche.
- Market Research - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market research.
- Candidate Database Management - Maintain internal candidate databases.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a 360-recruitment role or delivery role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to success.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment process and industry trends.
- Tech recruitment experience is an advantage.
What We Offer
You will receive a basic salary of up to £55,000 + £120k OTE (uncapped) with established delivery consultants doing £150k +, mapped out progression, international travel opportunities, and much more.
