Job Overview

The Scheduling Administrator plays a crucial role in the Verification Scheduling Team, supporting and administering tasks that directly impact the success of individual projects and long-term satisfaction of our clients and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and distribute Verification scheduling emails to all parties, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Liaise with external ISVs to ensure deposits for selected exercises are provided on time, maintaining a smooth workflow.
  • Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Scheduling Team to ensure efforts are aligned and synchronized.
  • Identify potential project red flags, pitfalls, or staffing challenges and escalate to delivery leadership, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
  • Contribute to additional tasks and ad-hoc requests within the Verification Scheduling Team or on other special projects.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out within agreed departmental SLAs.
Requirements
  • Basic understanding of the Verification process and the roles of all parties involved.
  • Knowledge of software tools and reporting services required to perform the role proficiently.
  • Excellent administration, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
  • Experience in MS Office.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
