Job Summary

We are seeking a Process Enhancement Coordinator to join our team at Samworth Brothers Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and innovation within our manufacturing operations.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive process improvements and innovation within our manufacturing operations.
  • Collaborate closely with managers and teams to champion a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Deploy improvement projects and action plans, driving operational enhancements in line with our roadmap and business goals.
  • Analysing performance data to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges, guiding improvement initiatives.
  • Enhance tier 1 and 2 meetings and team briefings, actively seeking areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Functional skills in Level 2 Maths and English.
  • Proficiency in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), preferably within chilled food manufacturing.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Experience in people management, supported by training and/or qualifications.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is around £42,000 - £58,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including an enhanced pension scheme, private health scheme, employee discount scheme, and more.
