Logistics Quality Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Monitor loading processes and enforce quality standards to ensure quality deliveries
- Verify load quantities and proper loading techniques, working closely with the loading team
- Coordinate with team members to maintain timely van departures and smooth operations
- Conduct periodic checks on departed van routes using Paragon software
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize warehouse operations
- Assist with light lifting and other warehouse tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Familiarity with routing and load planning software, such as Paragon (strongly preferred)
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and assist with some lifting from time to time
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
- 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or warehouse operations
- Hands-on, proactive approach to quality control and process improvement
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
- Adaptable to changing priorities and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues as needed
**Not Suitable For**:
- Those who prefer a sedentary role or are uncomfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Individuals who lack attention to detail or struggle to multitask effectively
- Those who have difficulty communicating or collaborating with team members
