The Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Innovation Coordinator to join our team and drive excellence and innovation within our processes. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency, and functional skills in Level 2 Maths and English. Certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent Improvement Practitioner Apprenticeship is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster positive relationships and mutual respect within the team and with key stakeholders.
  • Lead the deployment of improvement projects and action plans, driving operational enhancements in line with our roadmap and business goals.
  • Utilise performance data analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges, guiding improvement initiatives.
  • Optimise labour efficiency by assessing actual usage against standards and conducting line balancing exercises.
  • Coach and enhance tier 1 and 2 meetings and team briefings, actively seeking areas for improvement.
