Hydro-X is a leading provider of innovative water treatment and hygiene solutions. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic sales team.

This role is a remote-based position, but ideally you will be located in the South of England to attend team meetings and team days as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create low-complexity, high-volume quotes on behalf of field sales staff;
  • Manage internal Marlowe Air business from quotation to sales order phase;
  • Manage internal relationships between Marlowe entities;
  • Review historical orders to ask for repeat business;
  • Systematically follow up unconverted sales desk quotes on behalf of field sales;
  • Manage and nurture basic allocated house accounts/small budget to ensure client satisfaction and upsell where possible.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the water treatment or related industry;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented.
