The Head of Sustainability and Growth will be a key member of the leadership team at Mind in Gwent, contributing to collective decision-making and effectively communicating these decisions to colleagues. To succeed, the candidate must demonstrate exceptional leadership, management, and innovation skills, as well as a strong commitment to co-production and participation. Close collaboration with the Director of Finance and Organisational Support, Heads of Services, and other Senior Managers will be essential.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for sustainable growth and development
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive innovation and improvement

The successful candidate will be subject to a probationary period and will be required to provide satisfactory references.
