Chief Talent Officer

At careers4a - Jobboard, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Talent Officer to join our team. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions for our rapidly expanding international hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our growth objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and development initiatives to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes diversity and equity.
  • Lead compensation and benefits programs, including performance management and rewards systems that motivate and engage our employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience leading global HR teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
