As a Relief Accommodation Project Worker, you will be responsible for assisting and interacting with residents to ensure they have the basic life skills necessary for successful resettlement. This includes maintaining a warm, clean, and homely environment, as well as delivering good face-to-face customer care and interacting with young people in a positive and confident manner.

Job Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include delivering good face-to-face customer care, interacting with young people in a positive and confident manner, and using computers as needed. Various shifts are available on an as-and-when-required basis, including day, evening, and night shifts.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £44 per hour, which reflects your hard work and dedication. You will also receive a DBS check facilitated at no cost to you, as well as an induction programme and on-the-job training opportunities. Internal progression opportunities are also available, allowing you to grow and develop within our organisation.

Requirements
  1. You should have great interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver good face-to-face customer care.
  2. You must be able to interact with young people in a positive and confident manner.
  3. You will need experience using computers.
