Varicent, a pioneer in sales performance management software, is seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our global sales team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and inspiring performance.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with our sales leadership to set priorities and make strategic decisions. Your expertise will shape and influence every aspect of our enterprise sales process, ensuring a winning strategy that delivers results. You will partner cross-functionally to scale our processes and bring your experience and sales expertise to elevate the company's performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with sales leadership.
  • Ensure customer requirements are met through successful sales campaigns.
  • Establish strategic C-level relationships with businesses and effectively sell to C-suite executives within major accounts in the SaaS market.
  • Run high-volume pipelines in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
  • Deepen your knowledge of ICM and/or CRM/SAAS tech space, becoming a subject matter expert.

Success Factors

  • Within 1 Month: Attend Varicent Sales Bootcamp, meet with current team members, and start developing an account strategy.
  • Within 3 Months: Own your numbers, become a Varicent product expert, and successfully leverage partner relationships.
  • Within 6 Months: Continue to own your numbers and expand your product expertise.
  • Within 12 Months: Consistently exceed business goals and become a leading expert in sales performance management.
