Job Title: Senior Paid Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Media Executive to join our team at Jackson Rose Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our Performance Marketing Team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of affiliates, paid social, and paid search campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid media strategies to drive revenue and customer acquisition
  • Lead performance marketing initiatives in line with campaign marketing calendar
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to launch and optimize paid media campaigns
  • Negotiate affiliate commissions and secure placements for affiliate activities
  • Liaise with the creative studio team for campaign briefs and content creation
  • Analyze and report on performance metrics, providing insights and optimization recommendations
  • Keep stakeholders informed of campaign actions and performance
  • Explore and test new partners to drive revenue and customer acquisition
  • Evaluate marketing technologies, data solutions, and analytics platforms

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in affiliates and paid social channels
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to interpret data from multiple sources and draw actionable conclusions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
