Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrator with a background in property to join our client's team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, with the office based in a convenient location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, specifically in relation to commercial property matters, including managing and organizing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and maintain accurate records in connection with commercial property work.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and the timely completion of tasks.
- Support the team with general administrative duties, such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a legal administrative role, with specific exposure to property matters.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using legal and office software.
