Job Description

We are seeking an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join our Property Services team. As a vital member of our team, you will assist our Quantity Surveyors with the fiscal and contractual administration of projects. You will be fully supported and have the opportunity to build a solid foundation for your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing subcontract enquiries and trade packages.
  • Assessing and comparing subcontractors' quotes and drafting orders.
  • Preparing monthly reports.
  • Evaluating materials on site.
  • Paying invoices through our finance system.

Requirements

  • 112 UCAS Tariff points from A Levels, T Levels, BTECs, Access to HE, and all other qualifications with UCAS Tariff points.
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 9-4/A*-C including English, Maths, and a Science.
  • Good IT ability, particularly Excel, and a keenness to learn other Microsoft packages.
  • Numerate to a high standard, able to analyze and work with financial data.
