Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprentice Quantity Surveyor to join our Property Services team. As a vital member of our team, you will assist Quantity Surveyors with fiscal and contractual administration of projects, gaining hands-on industry experience and knowledge required to achieve a nationally recognized qualification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with preparing and issuing subcontract enquiries and trade packages.
  • Evaluate and compare subcontractors' quotes and draft orders.
  • Prepare monthly reports and evaluate materials on site.
  • Paying invoices through the finance system.

Requirements

  • 112 UCAS Tariff points from A Levels, T Levels, BTECs, Access to HE, and other qualifications with UCAS Tariff points.
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 9-4/A*-C, including English, Maths, and a Science.
  • Good IT ability, particularly Excel, and a keenness to learn other Microsoft packages.
  • Numerate to a high standard, able to analyze and work with financial data.
