About the Role

As a vital member of the Property Services team at United Living Group, you will assist the Quantity Surveyors with the fiscal and contractual administration of projects being carried out. You will be fully supported, and this is a great opportunity for you to build a solid foundation to your career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and issuing subcontract enquiries and trade packages.
  • Assessing and comparing subcontractors quotes and drafting orders.
  • Preparing monthly reports.
  • Evaluating materials on site.
  • Paying invoices through the finance system

Requirements

  • 112 UCAS Tariff points from A Levels, T Levels, BTECs, Access to HE and all other qualifications with UCAS Tariff points.
  • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 9-4/A*-C including English, Maths and a Science
  • Good IT ability, particularly Excel and keen to learn other Microsoft packages.
  • Numerate to a high standard, able to analyse and work with financial data.
