At Modern Art Oxford, we're looking for a skilled Duty Manager Night to join our Visitor Experience Team.

This is a bank staff role that requires flexibility and adaptability. You'll work on a 4-week rota, with hours of work as and when required by mutual agreement. Your tasks will include:

  • Managing gallery opening hours and events calendar
  • Ensuring the safety and security of staff, visitors, and exhibitions/events

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience working with the public and providing excellent customer service, preferably in an arts/entertainment environment
  • Skills in using and setting up AV equipment, lifting, and carrying equipment, chairs, and tables
  • Availability to work weekends, evenings, and late nights (occasionally until 3am)
  • A competent user of Microsoft Office
  • Training in First Aid
