About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Agent. As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, ensuring that customers are fully informed and able to make informed decisions.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
