We are seeking an exceptional Care Assistant to join our team at Bupa, where we make health happen for our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, personal and social care to our residents, ensuring they feel valued, cared for, and part of life in the home.
You will assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, be motivated, and positive, with a passion for care.
As part of our team, you will work with an award-winning team, helping people from your own community. We offer a range of benefits to support your wellbeing, including Viva, our global wellbeing programme, which includes all aspects of our health - from mental and physical, to financial, social, and environmental wellbeing. You will also receive a range of other benefits, including My Healthcare, an annual allowance, and flexible working.
Key Skills/Qualifications needed for this role include motivated, positive individuals with great interpersonal skills, understanding what is important to others. We provide full training, so whether you're an experienced carer or new to the sector, we'll support you to develop and thrive.
