You'll be responsible for assisting residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific needs. This may involve supporting residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.

We're looking for motivated, positive individuals with great interpersonal skills. You'll understand what's important to others and be able to communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.

As a Care Assistant, you'll be part of a team that's dedicated to delivering high-quality care. You'll work closely with our nurses and senior care assistants to monitor residents and report any changes. You'll also be responsible for communicating with residents' families and friends, as well as other healthcare professionals.
