We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caring Support Professional to join our team at our 15-bed service in Chislehurst.
About the Role:
- Provide high-quality, individualized care to residents, relatives, and carers.
- Work as a key member of the team, supporting residents in achieving their planned outcomes.
- Build open and two-way relationships with residents, promoting their autonomy and dignity.
- Support residents in undertaking their rehabilitation programs, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Communicate effectively with residents, relatives, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Accurately report and record work activities, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
