Care and Support Professional

McCarthy Stone is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Assistant to provide exceptional care and support to our residents at Shepheards House in Chislehurst, Bromley.
As a Care and Support Assistant, you will deliver high-quality individual care, enabling our residents to live their later life well. Your duties will include housekeeping and domestic support across the general estate, including apartment cleans.
You will support and encourage our residents to participate in a wide range of activities that promote their health and wellbeing. This may involve helping them book appointments, arrange transport, and escorting them on visits, as well as assisting with their shopping.
About you:
- You will be a warm and friendly individual with experience in a care or support environment.
- You will have a passion for making a difference to the wellbeing and happiness of older people and enjoy working as part of a team in a busy work setting.
- You will be driven to deliver excellent customer service.
- You will want to work in the Health and Social Care sector and preferably have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 2 qualification.
