Role: Senior Business Development Manager - Industrials Vertical

Location: Hybrid – Manchester / London / Cheltenham

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in cultivating and managing strategic accounts within the industrials and transport verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Targeted New Business Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive target account strategy to win new strategic clients within the industrials and transport verticals, aligning with NCC's business goals and objectives.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Win new clients then build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, serving as a trusted adviser and consultant on cybersecurity solutions and best practices.
  3. New Business Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and aligning our cybersecurity solutions with their evolving requirements.
  4. Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging threats within the industrials and transport sectors to position our company as a leader in industrial cybersecurity.
  5. Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and NCC Group, while maintaining profitability.
  6. Generating New Business Opportunities: Create content to support new business development campaigns to continue to position NCC Group as a thought leader in Industrials adding value to prospects in the Industrial sectors to build trust and confidence in order to win new business.
  7. Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans to communicate progress and opportunities to senior management.
  8. Enables and Empowers: Provides tools, resources, and support to team members, fostering an environment where they can thrive and excel.
  9. Growth and Development: Actively seeks opportunities for personal and professional growth, championing learning and evolution for oneself and the organisation.
