Hotel Night Operations Manager Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Night Manager to join our team at Clayton Hotel Cambridge.

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the hotel during night shifts, managing staff, and driving revenue growth through effective management practices.

Clayton Hotel Cambridge is a 4* Deluxe hotel situated in the heart of Cambridge, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading and managing the Nights team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Managing cash handling, inventory control, and other financial tasks.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Addressing guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Compensation:

  • Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
  • Bonus scheme.
