Job Overview: We're recruiting an experienced Restaurant Supervisor Lead to oversee catering operations, manage teams, and maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will be passionate about great-tasting food, have a minimum of two years' catering experience, manage teams in a similar role, hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, and possess excellent communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Preparation of delicious food to the highest standards.
  2. Supervision of culinary and catering teams to ensure seamless delivery of food and customer service.
  3. Communication with line managers to monitor KPIs and targets.
  4. Representation of Compass Group UK&I and maintenance of a positive brand image.
  5. Liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.

Salary: £34,000 - £43,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Requirements: To be successful as a Restaurant Supervisor Lead, you must be able to lead by example, motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food experiences. You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, be an ambitious and motivated individual, and always look to upskill. A Basic Food Hygiene certificate and previous management experience are essential.
