We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at CAEP | Center For American Exchange Programs. As a Restaurant Team Associate, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer service, preparing orders, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and interact with customers in a positive, friendly, and professional manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving complaints professionally and effectively.
- Process customer payments and handle transactions accurately.
- Prepare simple foods and beverages, such as sandwiches, salads, and coffee.
- Manage kitchen supplies, including raw meats, and maintain health and safety standards.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, surfaces, and floors according to company standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
