Resort Team Member

We're looking for high-energy individuals who love getting stuck in and making a difference to our guests. As a Team Member Plus, you'll work across different teams on resort, supporting our guests and providing them with an Altogether More Entertaining and Fun Break.
As a key member of our team, you'll work on Monday and Fridays cleaning our guest accommodation and then work in our Shops department for the rest of the week. No day will ever be the same, and you'll enjoy the variety of working with lots of different team members and guests.
This role requires flexibility on hours as it is a permanent role covering 35 hours over 5 days, with Mondays and Fridays essential. You'll need to be over 18 due to the evening shift patterns required for this role.
About You We're looking for fun-loving multi-taskers who love learning new things and working with a like-minded group of people. Previous experience is not necessary as we'll give you all the training you need. We're more interested in your attitude, mindset, and a passion for making a difference to our guests.
No experience? No problem We'll provide you with all the support and training you need to ensure you develop the skills to work confidently in all areas relevant to your role.
