We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Safety Officer to join our team at Butlin's. As a key member of our SIA team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and staff.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the resort, including patrolling the grounds, welcoming guests, and maintaining access control. You will also be required to provide first aid assistance to team members and guests as needed.
As a Resort Safety Officer, you will work closely with our security team to ensure that all guests and staff are aware of and comply with Butlin's, SIA, and local licensing laws. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reporting any incidents or concerns to management.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the resort
- Patrol the grounds and welcome guests
- Maintain access control and ensure compliance with Butlin's, SIA, and local licensing laws
- Provide first aid assistance to team members and guests as needed
- Work closely with the security team to ensure guest and staff safety
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety and security of our guests. You should have a hands-on approach to work, be able to work well under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude.
You will be required to work variable shift patterns, including day and night shifts, and be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Live-in accommodation may be available for those aged 18 and over who are relocating to the area.
