About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned leader to join our Resort Safety Leadership Team at our Bognor Regis Resort. As a Resort Safety Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the safety elements of the resort, ensuring the team's compliance with relevant legislation and implementing security procedures across the resort.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team in monitoring car parks and traffic flows on busy check-in days
  • Implement security procedures and protocols
  • Provide and conduct training for the department team
  • Develop operational plans for break types throughout the year
  • Ensure team compliance with relevant legislation
About You

We're looking for an individual with working experience in a security industry or similar, such as the armed forces or police. You should be passionate about leading and developing a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences to guests. Essential skills include working knowledge of Microsoft systems, First Aid At Work, and SIA qualification.
