Resort Safety Venue Leader

We're seeking a passionate leader to join our Resort Safety Leadership Team at our Bognor Regis Resort. As a Resort Safety Manager, you'll lead the team in the day-to-day operation of the safety elements of the resort, covering monitoring the resort's car parks and traffic flows on busy check-in days, implementing all security procedures across the resort, providing and carrying out all department team training, producing all operational plans for all break types in the year, and ensuring the team complies with all relevant legislation.
Your Key Responsibilities- Lead the team to deliver exceptional experiences to guests by nurturing, training, and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment.
- Drive standards and lead the team to excellence, incorporating all brand standards and Butlin's way of working by role-modeling our Leadership Behaviours.
- Report to the Resort Safety Senior Manager and enjoy the buzz of a busy environment.
- Analyse KPIs, including rostering systems, guest feedback systems, and all accident and incident reporting systems.
- Be an advocate for your team's fulfilment at work by ensuring regular 121s and PDP discussions to support their development and career with Butlin's.
We're looking for an individual with working experience in a security industry or similar, e.g. armed forces or police, and with hands-on leadership experience. You should be passionate about leading and developing a team and supporting people through regular 121s and coaching. Delivering an amazing experience to our guests is the most important output element in this role, so you should be passionate about every interaction with both team and guests and seek opportunities to improve this wherever possible.
