We are seeking a highly skilled Event Operations Manager to join our team at Change Hospitality. As an Event Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of corporate hire events at our stunning venue in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations manager to strengthen and grow their skills in a well-structured team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, as they will often be the clients' main point of contact onsite.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in RAMS/H&S, security, logistics, and rig/de-rig, with experience working at a UVL venue. They will be well-versed in managing events from start to finish, ensuring that all aspects of the event are executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage events from start to finish, ensuring all aspects are executed to the highest standard
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Develop and implement event plans, including logistics, security, and H&S protocols
  • Collaborate with the venue team to ensure a smooth and successful event
  • Monitor and control event budgets, ensuring costs are managed effectively

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in event operations management, preferably in a UVL venue
  • Strong background in RAMS/H&S, security, logistics, and rig/de-rig
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
