Siamo Group Ltd is partnering with a leader in property security solutions to find a talented Sales Development Specialist - Property Security. This is a development opportunity where you can lead sales efforts, build customer relationships, and grow our client's business.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Specialist - Property Security, you will work closely with the sales team to identify and grow new opportunities. You will also be responsible for managing customer relationships, allocating tasks to contractors, and managing complaints.

Requirements
  • A strong understanding of commercial awareness and the ability to advocate for our client's quality security solutions.
  • Technical building knowledge, including small building works and void property compliance for insurance purposes.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and security design software.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive base salary of £29,500 - £32,000 DOE, plus an annual bonus scheme and 25 days + Bank Holiday annual leave entitlement. Other benefits include pension scheme, free onsite parking, and free refreshments and fruit.
