We are seeking a highly skilled Security Sales Account Manager to join our team at Siamo Recruitment. As a trusted partner in the industry, we offer a unique chance to develop your career and contribute to the growth of our client's business. Your main responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, preparing client reports, participating in client meetings, handling calls, and loading new work instructions onto Orbis Commercials CRM system.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the vacant property or corporate property sector, knowledge of small building works and void property compliance for insurance purposes, and proficiency in security design software.

The compensation package for this position includes a base salary of £29,500 - £32,000 per annum, plus commission structure offering over £7,000 per annum in KPI-related bonuses, annual bonus scheme, 25 days + Bank Holiday annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, free onsite parking, free refreshments and fruit, and own laptop, phone, and equipment provided.
