Selwood Limited is seeking a reliable and physically fit Yardsperson / Labourer to support the operations of our busy Chandler's Ford branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and tidy yard and workshop environment, assisting with loading and unloading of vehicles, and providing support to our fitting staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean and organized yard and workshop environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation and minimal damage to equipment.
- Provide support to our fitting staff, including lifting, moving, and cleaning equipment as required.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, providing accurate information and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including PPE requirements and site regulations.
Requirements:
- Forklift Licence.
- Previous work experience in a similar environment.
- Good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
- Reliability and physical fitness are essential for this role.
