About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Installations Team at Selwood, based out of our Chandler's Ford branch. As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of direct and indirect workers on site, including third-party contractors. You will need to demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and integrity in your work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of the installation process, from conception to completion, in conjunction with the solutions/sales team.
  • Supervise the day-to-day workload of Installation Operatives and sub-contractors on site, ensuring that all on-site risks have been identified and stringent control measures have been put in place.
  • Install pipework and communicate the installation methodology to all site staff and customers at every stage.
  • Assist drivers with loading and unloading of vehicles, requiring a good level of fitness to perform daily tasks.
Requirements
  • Aptitude to work on construction sites and a good understanding of onsite safety.
  • Ability to adapt and meet challenging situations with a positive approach.
  • Flexibility with working hours and availability to participate in our 'on call' 1 in 3 rota.
  • A current Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
