About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team at Selwood. As a key member of our Installations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation process, ensuring that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with our company's safety policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the installation process, ensuring that all work is completed on time and to budget.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to safety and quality.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate with our solutions/sales team to ensure that all installation projects are delivered to the required standards.
  • Conduct on-site risk assessments and ensure that all necessary safety measures are in place.
  • Supervise and train our installation operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to carry out their roles effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality installations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong understanding of safety policies and procedures, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional overtime and call-outs.
  • Full UK driving license with less than 6 points.
