About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Installation Supervisor to join our team at Selwood. As an Installation Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of installation operatives and ensuring the successful completion of installation projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise installation operatives and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct site risk assessments and develop and implement site-specific safety plans.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
  • Ensure all installation work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the installation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
