Job Summary:

The Enterprise Agreement Specialist will work closely with the EMEA Deal Operations Manager to ensure Enterprise/Major Accounts Agreements are managed throughout the Trimble Construction One Enterprise Agreement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and establish best practices related to the Major Accounts Agreement processes.
  • Partner closely with Sales Managers from the Major Accounts team and the regional leaders to support Enterprise contracts.
  • Build a cross-functional- and cross-divisional network within Trimble.
  • Establish skills within complex Enterprise Agreement processes.
  • Ensure seamless fulfillment of orders with current systems.
  • Identify and work with the appropriate teams for process improvements.
  • Comply with corporate policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of work experience in a business capacity role such as sales operations, sales, sales enablement, order administration or equivalent.
  • Order processing and/or customer deals experience in technology/hardware/software environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in technical focus, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • Ability to understand the bigger picture/strategy, while maintaining a high attention to details.
  • Strong customer-service orientation.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing and highly dynamic environment.
  • Ability to quickly adopt new systems and processes.
  • Well-organized and self-directed team player.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
  • Handles confidential and sensitive information and records with a high degree of discretion, diligence, and good judgment.
