What We Look For

We seek a Head Chef who can inspire and lead our team, bringing out the best in each individual while developing, costing, and producing fresh seasonal menus for our diverse revenue streams.

  • Experience in championing excellent service through quality food, either as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
  • A passion for leading and developing a team, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
  • Responsibility and ability to manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and all health and safety effectively at all times.
  • Creativity and ability to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials.
  • Great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard to both GP and labour.
  • A proactive approach to driving sales and delivering growth, through engagement with both kitchen and front-of-house teams.
