Residential Care Worker Vacancies

Support Workers at Christian Head Residential Home play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life of our residents. They work closely with colleagues to deliver person-centred care and support, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for all individuals. This role requires the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, to understand the needs of residents and their families.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing physical and emotional support to residents
- Assisting with medication administration and personal care
- Encouraging residents to maintain independence through activities and exercises
- Working collaboratively with other professionals to develop and implement care plans
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support. A minimum of GCSEs at grade C/4 or above in English and maths would be beneficial. However, we are willing to invest in your development and provide fully paid training to help you achieve your goals. We also require a DBS check with an Adults Barred List check.
