">What We Offer
">We offer competitive rates of pay, including an hourly rate of £12.02, which includes a supplement (JWC) to the base grade of the post. You will also have the opportunity to uplift your hourly rate to between £16 on night and weekend shifts. Our employees can also take advantage of flexible working opportunities, access to training and development, and a range of benefits, including a local government pension scheme and various perks and discounts schemes.

">Christian Head provides a safe, caring, and home-from-home environment for up to 28 residents. Located close to all facilities in the market town of Kirkby Stephen, we offer respite and residential care for those who are elderly, frail, or have dementia. Our team works tirelessly to provide high-quality care and support to our residents, and we are looking for like-minded individuals to join us.
">Your Skills and Qualifications
">No experience or qualifications are needed to get started, but you will undergo fully paid training and development. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating empathy, patience, and understanding when working with vulnerable adults.
