This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated Community Mental Health Recovery Team, providing comprehensive social care services and mental health support in the Merseyside area.

The NHS Trust serves a vast population of over 11 million people and offers a wide range of specialist services, including high secure mental health facilities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team on a 5-hour locum contract, with a strong intent to extend further.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Conduct home visits and manage a caseload of patients
  • Develop strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Current registration with the SWE
  • Strong commitment to providing patient-centered care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Salary and Benefits:** £34.00 per hour

Previous experience in crisis management would be highly valued.
