Job Summary

Ryanair is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Fulfillment: Process, pick, and pack orders in a timely manner, working to meet targets and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Use our computer systems to maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that inventory levels are up-to-date and that stock is properly stored and managed.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain the warehouse to the highest standards, adhering to company procedures and ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and safe.
  • Material Handling: Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles using manual handling techniques, and move and store products in the correct warehouse area.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a forklift truck (training provided if necessary) to move pallets and other heavy items around the warehouse.
  • Health and Safety: Consistently work to good standards of health and safety, ensuring that all procedures are followed and that the warehouse is a safe and healthy working environment.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is desirable but not essential.
  • Skills: Enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and progress within the organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility: A flexible attitude to work and hours, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Communication: Good all-round communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Qualifications: A full driver's license is required.
